Registered Nurse

Current Openings:

Spooner/Grantsburg Office

Provides professional nursing care to the hospice patient/family as part of a multidisciplinary team.  Supervises and instructs LPNs, Home Health Aides, patients and family members
in the provision of hospice care.

Requirements: 
Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing
Current Registered Nurse Licensure in Wisconsin and state of practice.
Minimum one year nursing experience
Effective interpersonal and case management skills
Able to develop a working knowledge of the Hospice concept of care
Vehicle for transportation and valid drivers license
Flexibility

Home Health Aide

Current Openings: No current openings

Provides personal care services to hospice patients in the home under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse.

Requirements:
Satisfactory completion of HHA/NA training program and/or competency testing which             meets all necessary requirements
Effective interpersonal skills 
Able to meet demands of provision of physical care to patients in the home
