Information About Grief Support
Grief is what we call that set of feelings that arise from change and loss. So much of how we define ourselves and what gives our lives meaning is a reflection of the people we deeply love. We question who we are without them and struggle to find meaning and purpose. There is no right way to grieve and many factors affect how we grieve. Regional Hospice understands that grief is a process, and that this process is different for everyone.
Regional Hospice offers Grief Support Groups across our service area for those looking for support as they struggle with the loss of a loved one. Our confidential meetings offer understanding, education, support, and suggestions for coping. The groups are open to anyone in the community who has experienced loss. We meet in a comfortable setting with no registration required, and it is free of charge. Please see our meeting schedule below.
