Hospice Volunteer Training Offered

Ironwood team is seeking caring and dependable individuals to become volunteers.

One of the most important things our volunteers can offer our patients is time: time to sit with them, listen to their stories and share their lives. Time to offer caregivers a break from the challenging task of caring for a loved one with a life limiting illness. If you have time to share, please consider becoming a Regional Hospice volunteer. Regional Hospice provides all volunteers with a thorough training program for the education they need to feel confident to help our patients and families.

Regional Hospices ServicesIronwood Area has Volunteer training sessions scheduled on the following days:

  • Monday, June 27th from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm
  • Tuesday, June 28th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • Thursday, June 30th from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

Training will be held at the Regional Hospice Services office, 216 E. Aurora St., Ironwood MI. Attendance is required each day to complete the training.
